Roof Restoration
We have, for the past 11 years, been installing R.M. Lucas Co., products, namely their silicone and solvent based products. We have had amazing success with the Lucas products as we have existing roofs that have been installed for approximately 10 years without a single failure.
Product Sustainability
The Lucas Silicone Roof systems are sustainable up to three warranty periods of 15 years, thus often extending the original roof’s life past the life of a replacement roof at a fraction of the price.
